What happens after you find product-market fit, how do you grow it? How do you sustain it? And is this thing that I called and coin call the last mover advantage in it sort of came to me in a dream literally having grown up in 44, 47 years, roughly thereabouts here in Silicon Valley in in this ecosystem, in this world of tech in in sew a little bit about me real quickly. I'm one of the founding partners of the growth X family of companies. We are asistes Venture Capital fund focused on helping our companies developing markets, not develop their products were focused on
developing markets and making money as opposed to developing products in raising money. Because of the age of Applied technology is everybody easier cheaper to get our products to Market. Is also never been more expensive or difficult to get traction for them in the market. So we launched the seed stage fund, we developed a bespoke accelerator, that was focused on helping our companies grow in a measurable. Methodical way. We launched in a Army to train and develop two people to work in those companies in the roles that help move the needle in particular growth. Marketing growth hacking ux
design data science sales in our core Market acceleration program framework. We also have a corporate Innovation team that helps large corporations, build and markets new disruptive, Innovative products, in their world, and also the Civic Innovation, practice. Now helping governments, and entrepreneurial support organizations create their own sustainable ecosystem. So, this all began about seven years ago and my partners and I all serial entrepreneurs. I've had done 5 startups, I've had the three exits. I got a very expensive learning experience as well,
and I've always been on the market development side of my company's. I am not a technologist. Can't even spell HTML. What? I do know though is, how do you translate technology into solving real problems in the market? And every great marketer and every great seller
