Everyone and thank you for joining me for my top 7 web chat and messaging hacks of 2020. This is Larry Kim for the B2C Growth and Innovation Virtual Summit before jumping into all the tips and tricks. I wanted to introduce myself briefly. My name is Larry Kim. I'm originally from Winnipeg Canada, which is a famous place because it's known for being colder than Mars of most of the years. I'm slightly obsessed with unicorns known for starting up a startup called WordStream a bit about 10 years ago out of a bakery called Panera Bread because of the free

Wi-Fi and unlimited Diet Coke refills company is in over three hundred people today again, plus 60 million dollars revenue and that was a really experienced growing in my first started from literally nothing to an enormous company over a very short period of time and the company was bought by kinetic last year for $450 million. Which was just kind of a relief actually because I spent a lot of time on blogging about how to grow your business and I would have been pretty embarrassing if my business was a total failure.

Okay enough about me. The last thing I'll say is that I have a wife I married have two children two boys Oliver and Julian and I start a new business in the messaging web chat and SMS space that I'm hoping to tell you a little bit about today. All right. So back to our story were talking about my top 7 web chat and messaging hacks for 2020. And basically if you don't have a website chat on your site, I figure you're really missing out. I think maybe 15 20% of the company's actually do live live chat and if you don't

have one, I think it's a big mistake because what we find is the Shoppers are Way more likely to be enthusiastic about engaging with a live
